1.Inhalt des Onlineangebotes

Die Autorin übernimmt keinerlei Gewähr für die Aktualität, Korrektheit, Vollständigkeit oder Qualität der bereitgestellten Informationen. Haftungsansprüche gegen den Autor, welche sich auf Schäden materieller oder ideeller Art beziehen, die durch die Nutzung oder Nichtnutzung der dargebotenen Informationen bzw. durch die Nutzung fehlerhafter und unvollständiger Informationen verursacht wurden sind grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen, sofern seitens des Autors kein nachweislich vorsätzliches oder grob fahrlässiges Verschulden vorliegt.

Der Autor erklärt daher ausdrücklich, dass zum Zeitpunkt der Linksetzung die entsprechenden verlinkten Seiten frei von illegalen Inhalten waren. Der Autor hat keinerlei Einfluss auf die aktuelle und zukünftige Gestaltung und auf die Inhalte der gelinkten/verknüpften Seiten. Deshalb distanziert er sich hiermit ausdrücklich von allen Inhalten aller gelinkten /verknüpften Seiten, die nach der Linksetzung verändert wurden. Diese Feststellung gilt für alle innerhalb des eigenen Internetangebotes gesetzten Links und Verweise sowie für Fremdeinträge in vom Autor eingerichteten Gästebüchern, Diskussionsforen und Mailinglisten. Für illegale, fehlerhafte oder unvollständige Inhalte und insbesondere für Schäden, die aus der Nutzung oder Nichtnutzung solcherart dargebotener Informationen entstehen, haftet allein der Anbieter der Seite, auf welche verwiesen wurde, nicht derjenige, der über Links auf die jeweilige Veröffentlichung lediglich verweist.

3. Rückerstattung von Teilnehmerbeiträgen & Absage von Behandlungen

Für den Rücktritt und Rückzahlung von kostenpflichtigen Events gilt folgende Regelung:

Bis 3 Wochen vorher: bei 2h - 6h Workshops Rückerstattung des vollen Betrages abzüglich 15€ Bearbeitungsgebühr.

Längere Events, wie Wochenend - Workshops, Retreats, Ausbildungen und Immersions 50€ Bearbeitungsgebühr.

Weniger als 3 Wochen vorher: Rückerstattung 50% des Beitrages abzüglich 15€ bzw. 50€ Bearbeitungsgebühr

Bis zwei Wochen vorher: Keine Erstattung möglich.

Es kann jedoch in allen Fällen einer Absage ein Ersatzteilnehmer gestellt werden (bereits eingebuchte Teilnehmer kommen nicht als Ersatzteilnehmer in Frage), abzüglich 15€ - 50€ (je nach Event) Bearbeitungsgebühr.

Privatstunden, Kurse, Behandlungen und Massagen können bis zu 24 Stunden bis vor dem Termin kostenfrei abgesagt werden.

Bei einer Absage nach 24 Stunden vor dem Termin werden 100% des vereinbarten Betrages fällig.


4. Urheber- und Kennzeichenrecht

Alle innerhalb des Internetangebotes genannten und ggf. durch Dritte geschützten Marken- und Warenzeichen unterliegen uneingeschränkt den Bestimmungen des jeweils gültigen Kennzeichenrechts und den Besitzrechten der jeweiligen eingetragenen Eigentümer. Allein aufgrund der bloßen Nennung ist nicht der Schluß zu ziehen, dass Markenzeichen nicht durch Rechte Dritter geschützt sind!

5. Datenschutz Sofern innerhalb des Internetangebotes die Möglichkeit 

Zur Eingabe persönlicher oder geschäftlicher Daten (Emailadressen, Namen, Anschriften) besteht, so erfolgt die Preisgabe dieser Daten seitens des Nutzers auf ausdrücklich freiwilliger Basis. Die Inanspruchnahme und Bezahlung aller angebotenen Dienste ist - soweit technisch möglich und zumutbar - auch ohne Angabe solcher Daten bzw. unter Angabe anonymisierter Daten oder eines Pseudonyms gestattet.

6. Rechtswirksamkeit dieses Haftungsausschlusses

Dieser Haftungsausschluss ist als Teil des Internetangebotes zu betrachten, von dem aus auf diese Seite verwiesen wurde. 3. Refund of participant contributions

For the cancellation and repayment of a pre-paid ticket for a Retreat, Training or  a 2-6 hours Weekend Workshop following rules apply:
To 3 weeks before: refund of the full amount less 50 € processing fee (retreats, trainings) or less 15 € processing fee (2-6 hours workshops).

Less than 3 weeks before: 50% refund of the fee less 50 € /  15 € processing fee.
To two weeks in advance: no refund possible, but a substitute may be provided - if the person is not registered yet, less 50€ processing fee.

4. Conditions at the AcroYoga Immersion

The performance of the participant must meet the requirements of the event so far right that the group is not unreasonably hindered or endangered. The event manager may at any time exclude in advance or during the event from the event if they do not show the expected requirements. In an event has already begun an exclusion is possible if the group unduly disturbed, hindered, endangered or the instructions are not followed the conductor (also for future events). A detected event to start misjudgment of ability of a participant does not justify a refund of the event fee. On the other hand, the participants if its performance exceeds the prescribed requirements, do not expect that your entitlement is met. If the participant has a health problem (eg, allergy, injury, diabetes, etc.) that could affect the running of the event, the latter is obliged to inform the event manager before the event begins.

5. Liability

Practicing acrobatics, massage techniques and yoga brings an increased injury risk. Participation is at your own risk and responsibility. Each participant waives the assertion of claims for damages of any kind due to slight negligence against the instructor, the course instructor or their legal representatives or vicarious agents, unless covered by existing insurance the damage. This limitation of liability does not apply if the organizing teacher or the event manager can be accused of breach of a material, resulting from the nature of the contract (cardinal obligation) or if damage arising from injury to life, body or health of a negligent breach of duty the organizing of the event director or course instructor or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of the organizing of the event director or section is based.

5. Copyright and Trademark Law

All possibly protected by third parties in this Internet brands and trademarks are the provisions of applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention does not imply that trademarks are not protected by third party rights!

6. Privacy Policy

If within the Internet offer the possibility to enter personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data by the user on an expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted - if technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias.
